Your Role:
- Work as a member of the team maintaining administrative processes and procedures to support the team in line with the ADSL Management System.
- Input and maintain information on databases and assist with producing standard reports and analysis to support the team.
- Plan and support engineer schedules for training courses or other activities.
- Liaise with team members, assist in prioritising team workload, and ensure and, review financial closure of jobs as appropriate.
- Act as a point of contact to receive incoming enquiries/visitors and either deal with or signpost as appropriate in an efficient and competent manner.
- Liaise with outside agencies/external stake holders as required to assist in the co-ordination of work taskings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum of five GCSE level (or equivalent) including English Language and maths and a Computer Qualification. An NVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience of office administration work; preferably in an FM environment, with excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficient keyboard skills, and comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes particularly Excel Spreadsheets. Understanding of IFS or similar computer software programme.
- Skills: Communicates clearly to inform and influence others on what they need to know, when they need to know it; uses effective methods to deliver messages and maintains constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally. Is able to adapt to changing circumstances and handle urgency and prioritisation to meet the appropriate level of resolution. Have a practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail.
