FIS Cash Application Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a FIS Cash Application and Collections Certified Implementation Consultant to join our client on a permanent contract.
This is a remote role, based in Poland and the candidates will need excellent Polish and English communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of FIS cash application and collections solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for our clients.
To be considered for this role you must have FIS GETPAID accreditation in the Cash and Collection Modules
Key Responsibilities:
-Implementation Management:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of FIS Cash Application and Collections solutions for various clients.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of the system.
-Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and optimize client processes.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
-Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of FIS Cash Application and Collections to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure integration with existing systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest FIS product features and enhancements.
-Project Coordination:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status and escalate any potential risks.
