Customer Service / Account Manager
£24,000 per annum (with bonus)

What will you do?
Provide a consistently high level of customer service to a large variety of customers to ensure customer retention and growth.
You will be solely responsible for, and manage your own group of customer accounts once confident and fully trained.
Utilise quiet time and sales calls as opportunities to develop and retain business.
Work with an extensive product base and develop strong product knowledge.
Provide quotes and deal with customer requirements, processing orders, ensuring details are entered accurately.
Check stock availability and potential lead times.
Liaise with warehouse and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Work as part of a team, providing support to other departments when required
So, you’ve read up to now, which means that you can do the job and you like the company but what kind of person do you think they need?
Previous experience of managing accounts or working in sales is preferable, but we are open to similar backgrounds if you have the right attitude.
You will have a confident telephone manner and be highly customer focused, with good attention detail.
Being a team player is a must!
You will be well organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure at times.
You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
