If at some point you have signed onto a zero hour contract and have been told “you will get a call when you’re needed on shift” but the uncertainty isn’t working for you .

You’re a reliable and efficient Driver who isn’t being given enough work and fed up of sitting around waiting for a call. You need an employer who can guarantee the work and keep a steady income flowing into your bank account.

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What will you do?

You will be delivering goods out of the Leeds Centre and travelling across the country to various client sites.

You will be driving alone and working full time hours across 4 longer days or 5 shorter days.

You will be the face of the company for most clients, so although you will drive alone you will be speaking to people and providing customer service throughout your day.

You will also be required to help on the warehouse floor when needed, supporting the other Warehouse Operatives.

About you

So, you’ve read up to now, which means that you can do the job and you like the company but what kind of person do you think they need?

You will be physically able to heavy lift, including loading and unloading the contents of your van.

You will have prior experience of driving a van, a clean driving licence and be above the age of 25 for insurance purposes.

A friendly disposition and someone who can deliver great customer service to clients is a must!
