IFS & Reporting Functional Specialist - IRFS002
Do you have a passion for functional support, ERP systems, and driving business improvement, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IFS and Reporting Functional Specialist. You’ll get the opportunity to contribute to the success of vital projects and ensuring operational excellence. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services…
As an IFS and Reporting Functional Specialist, your role will encompass several crucial responsibilities:
You will be the go-to subject matter expert for functional support on the IFS ERP system. Your expertise will be invaluable as you address the reporting needs of the business. This will involve collaborating with the Business Services Team to define and implement business improvement projects, ensuring our operations remain efficient and effective.
You will play a pivotal role in our transition from IFS Apps 10 to IFS Cloud. Specifically, you'll focus on the functional areas of Service and Maintenance, Mobile Work Order, and PSO. As you become an authority in these areas, you will be well-equipped to liaise with IFS to report issues and test proposed solutions, ensuring the system operates seamlessly.
Developing a profound understanding of business processes within your functional areas will enable you to not only troubleshoot problems but also identify opportunities for improvement. Your close collaboration with both Operational and Technical Teams will be essential in resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring optimal functionality.
As a dedicated team player, you will actively support business improvement projects and respond to adhoc requests in the functional areas you specialize in. You'll also be instrumental in enhancing our business reporting tools, working alongside the Business Information Manager to expand reporting capabilities that support overall business improvement.
Your skill set should encompass effective collaboration within teams, enabling you to maintain positive relationships across the organisation. Your strong analytical and interpersonal skills will be vital in tasks ranging from data analysis and problem-solving to solution development. Clear communication, both written and verbal, will be central as you share insights and provide comprehensive training. Your ability to translate intricate business requirements into technical solutions will be highly valuable. Your willingness to embrace change, challenge the status quo, and uphold meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the growth and success of our team and organisation.
