Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (40 hours Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
Whilst delivering the highest level of customer service you will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing team members performance to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out and met.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Displaying extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Overseeing Revenue goals.
- Managing the customer service contracts.
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, including ensuring meeting minutes are prepared.
- Develop a working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations.
- Involvement in setting and monitoring cost budgets, spend approval, and relevant KPIs.
- Escalation contact out of hours.
- Regularly auditing work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and oversee that maintenance work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
- Monitoring client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues.
- Service fleet vehicle management.
- Monthly reporting.
About you:
- Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Manager in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Teams etc)
